The stay at Taj was absolutely fantastic, it was my first time there and it was something i had planned on going for a really long time and got the chance to finally experience it, and let me tell you my experience there was amazing, The view from the rooms were mesmerising, the staff and people who helped us around and catered us were very warm and helpful, especially Marie who was absolutely lovely and so very sweet who made my stay more memorable and all our room services and even minute details required for a comfortable room was skilfully handled by Salil, the food was good and the breakfast buffet had everything to offer with great variety, really looking forward to going back there soon and enjoying their hospitality.

I stayed at this hotel for training and arrived two days early to explore Mumbai. My experience was truly unforgettable. As a solo traveler arriving at midnight, I appreciated the seamless airport pickup. Seeing the hotel staff waiting for me was a huge relief. The 40-minute ride allowed me to relax, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the 24th floor. The luxurious room instantly eased my travel fatigue. Housekeeping’s thoughtful touches—handwritten notes, bath salts, a dessert, and even a rose—made my stay extra special. A heartfelt thank you to the 24th-floor team—Maeiexu, Dilip, and Binary—for making my Mumbai trip so memorable!

This is an outstanding hotel in Bandra West, away from the bustle of the city. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. We find Indian food a little spicy but the staff often satisfied our needs by providing things not on the menu such as fish and chips, omelette and pizza. The hotel facilities are impressive - we were sorry we didn't stay long enough to enjoy them all. It is often the little extra things that make a lasting impression and my wife enjoyed feeding the rabbits and the fishes and listening to the bagpiper in the evening. Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Large and spacious rooms. The service for the rooms was impeccable. I was on the 19th floor and had Salil cleaning my room. The room was always extremely well cleaned and well stocked. He was very attentive and went beyond the service I receive from many other hotels. I also met his manager, Marie once and she was extremely friendly and engaging. The evening person, Rajkumar was also very helpful. I will give all the staff for the rooms 100% for service excellence. Especially Salil. The Chinese and Japanese restaurants on the first floor both had very good service and attentive staff as well as good food.

The location, although away from some of the 'crush' that is Mumbai, it's just a short (cheap) cab ride from any of the sights. The club facility with it's afternoon tea and evening happy hour were excellent. The room and general ambiance of the hotel was excellent. All the staff who work here go out of their way to make the stay a very pleasant one. Nothing is too much trouble. Particularly enjoyed rooftop swimming pool and leisure centre. Had a aromatherapy massage there that was actually the best I have ever had.... and I've had a few. Always felt very safe here.
